The agents and brokers we work with already know their business, and that means we can provide a higher level of education and a higher level of assurance to lenders and servicers. Our exclusivity means better content and better listing opportunities for our members.

Limited membership by geographic area: As more of the best agents and brokers in the business become FORCE members, we'll begin to limit our membership.

Five Star Certified: Our membership has passed the Five Star REO Certification test and has the knowledge to do things right the first time.

Education is mandatory: We require that our members stay active and participate in our ongoing training opportunities because we know that lenders and servicers want to work with the best — and the best agents and brokers stay up to date on the latest in REO. The FORCE has always held to the standard that education is continuous and mandatory. More clearly, each member will be required to attend eight webinars per year. This provides plenty of flexibility to accommodate for busy schedules, while still ensuring that all members are properly educated. In order for our lender/servicer relations team to market the FORCE as an elite group that is educated and up to date on industry standards, we must enforce these new requirements. By participating in these educational opportunities, you are proving to the asset management community that you truly are the best of the best.

We check references: We ask for our agents to give us a great deal of information, including industry references, because we want to make sure that we're working with the best.

We vet our membership: Our members provide us with proof of their credentials, including licensing information, insurance coverage, and more. We know that we'll be judged on our weakest links, so we're verifying that our members don't take shortcuts. Members also agree to a complete background check.

Experience required: Our membership is experienced, and that means better service for asset managers. It also means that we can provide education at a higher level, assured that our members can handle it.
