Q. How do I register?
A. The easiest way to register to attend DARE is through the online registration link, located in the center yellow block on the homepage. You can also register via telephone by calling 800.856.8060.
Q. What is the DARE cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change and you find it necessary to cancel your registration, we encourage substitutions but will make a full refund of your registration, minus a $200 processing fee, provided a written explanation is received on or before April 15, 2010. After April 15, 2010, no refunds will be made. Send requests to jgilbert@dsnewsdare.com.
Q. What is DS News?
A. DS News, the media sponsor for DARE, is the only publication entirely dedicated to the mortgage default servicing industry. Additional information and resources are available by visiting www.dsnews.com or calling 800.856.8060.
Q. May I purchase a pass to the expo only?
A. No, the DARE event does not offer the opportunity to purchase an expo-only pass.
Q. May I purchase a day pass?
A. The DARE event does not offer the opportunity to purchase day passes.
Q. May I bring a guest to the receptions/parties?
A. Yes, although guests must obtain a guest registration. This allows them access to all parties, meals, and the expo hall. It will not grant them access to any educational sessions. To register a guest, please call the DARE Concierge (800.856.8060).
Q. Will there be an expo hall during the event?
A. There will be an expo section during the event. DARE sponsors will have an opportunity to share their company services in a table-top exhibit area.
Q. Is there a dress code for the event?
A. Yes. Professional business attire—suit jackets or blazers for both men and women—is required on Thursday and Friday. Ties are strongly encouraged for men. Conference name badges are considered part of the dress code, and we require that you wear your badge at all times. It will serve as your ticket into all events, specialty networking events, and designated business-specific areas.
Q. May I receive a copy of the attendee list?
A. An attendee roster will be e-mailed to all conference attendees after the event.
