Short Sale know-how should be a part of any REO agent or broker’s business acumen. This workshop will not only help to expand your short sale expertise, but it will also give you the specifics of the Bank of America process when it comes to short sales. Elena will present step-by-step understanding to Bank of America’s short sale process from A to Z (initiation, counteroffer, closing, etc.), including understanding the processing system. Process improvements and tips will also be shared.
