Here is What We Heard About the 2011 Five Star
"The one thing that blew me away was the start when Bush spoke. You came in there and there was the music and screens—it really got you excited. When I came back, I showed people and they said, "Oh my God. Is that what you went to?" Trying to explain it to people who've never been there… All I can say it's inspiring and encouraging. We're all out there on the front lines, dealing with REOs and with people that are completely devastated losing their houses. It's depressing. But when you see the event that Five Star puts on, and you meet all the professionals from around the country, you know that you're not an island unto yourself. It encourages you to go out there and do a better job—help more people."

"I thought that the gala was beautiful—well-done, well put together. Just enough Rudy, just enough time to have a good time. To enjoy the evening and have a good time. I was expecting honestly a mess. It was so organized, it was beautiful, it was entertaining, it was educational. Getting in and out of events is usually such a hassle but it was so streamlined and so nice. The variety of it—I loved the open houses. There were so many people offering you assistance when you were looking for something. The exhibit hall was done well. Once you got to where you were going, everything was convenient. I liked having that registration where you could go and ask questions. It was well-done. It was awesome."

"The Five Star conference is, year after year, the best of its kind available to REO agents. This year was certainly no exception. The quality of the keynote speakers (George W. Bush and Rudy Guiliani this year - wow!) coupled with the educational and networking opportunities made for an unforgettable experience.
The ability to come to one place, expand personal relationships, and forge new ones with industry leaders provides a great opportunity to grow our business. Networking with lenders, servicers, vendors, and other peers in the REO industry keeps us up-to-date in a constantly changing industry."

"After having attended conferences in both mortgage and real estate industries over the last 10 years, attending the Five Star Conference and Expo in Dallas was one of the best conferences I have ever attended. It was well-organized, informative, well-managed and very well-executed—it was well worth the registration fee! The seminars were extremely informative—and it was a just plainly a very professionally well-organized event that was very useful for networking and professional development… I plan on attending as many Five Star conferences for real estate and mortgage events as possible!"

"The conference was great. They had a lot of great contacts with asset managers, agents, and affiliates. I've been keeping in touch with a few of them since we've been back. I really enjoyed the classes; I found them educational.
"When I got back, I went back to a file that I had been working on for 9 months and did one thing and immediately saw results. I brought a problem up to a manager and explained to her detail all my attempts to get through to their negotiator. Not only did I secure her approval, but I received an apology letter—something I learned how to do in my Five Star Short Sale Certification course."
