Our extraordinary concierge team is here to help assist you to ensure you get the most out of your experience. Badges

Your badge is required for access to all conference sessions, classes, and events. If you lose your badge or need any information corrected, simply visit the MPact Concierge desk for a replacement. Please note that some invitation-only functions have a separate event badge.

Your badge has a bar code that identifies the events and academic sessions for which you have pre-registered. Our Five Star MPact team members will scan these at the entrance to classes and events, so please make sure you allow for check-in time. If you have any problems, please visit or call our Concierge/Registration desk for assistance.

Guests

Due to the exclusive nature of this event, attendees will not be allowed to bring guests. Full registrations will be required for all in attendance.

Schedule Changes

In order to create an intimate and meaningful conference experience, all meeting rooms will be limited to attendees who have pre-registered for the specific topic assigned to each room. Any schedule changes must be arranged in advance to ensure that adequate space is available for all registrants. Changes will only be allowed based on availability.

Dress Code

All MPact attendees are expected to represent the industry in a professional manner, and our dress code will be strictly enforced and expected at all times: Coats and ties are required for men during all conference functions. Suits/dresses are required for women during all conference functions. Conference badges are considered part of the dress code and act as your ticket into all conference events.

As such, we ask that all in attendance exhibit professional conduct at all times to help protect and advance the reputation of the industry we all represent.
